1) I am
wary of trusting you with my payment and am afraid to buy. How can I trust you?
We
understand that there are many scams online and that it is difficult to shop
online especially for something like a replica product, but we treat our
clients money like our money and this is why our business is successful. We do
not push any client to buy as we already receive a high volume of orders – if
you do not trust us that is fine and we don’t want you to feel uncomfortable
buying from us. If you are wary of sending a large amount of money we suggest
you start with a smaller item and once you verify our quality you will
definitely be back for more like our other clients. If you still feel wary then
please remember shopping with us is a choice, and we want you to be 100%
comfortable before buying.
2) Why can’t you accept Paypal?
This is a
question we are often asked and we would like to clear up any misconceptions
about the payment methods we accept, and why we accept them. Firstly, if Paypal
would allow us to use them as a payment processor we would love to accept
Paypal as it would make running our business much easier. We know it is easy
for our clients to use and secure. But unfortunately Paypal does not work with
replica sellers. This is because brand name companies (e.g. Louis Vuitton,
Celine etc.) will sue them and fine them for processing payments for replica
products. As a result we cannot accept payments from Paypal. To make it clear –
it is not because we do not want you to have a secure transaction, but it is
because we are replica sellers and we are not allowed to use them.
Secondly,
a similar issue occurs with credit card processors. They will also be fined if
they process payments for replica products. This is why our payment methods are
currently limited to: transfer wise and Western Union. We know that these are
not ideal payment methods and are always looking for better payment methods
(including ways to accept credit cards) to offer our clients. We hope to make
it clear that your comfort-ability & security as a valued customer concern
us and we are always trying to make it more easy to shop with us.
3) Why can’t you accept credit cards
directly?
Due to
high fraud incident rates we have decided to no longer accept credit cards
directly. This is to protect both our clients and ourselves.( if a customer is dissatisfied with a consumer product or service,
or does not admit that he has consumed the transaction, he or she can appeal to
the bank to cancel the transaction.)
4) What payment methods do you accept now?
Western
Union and transfer wise . Now using transfer wise, You can get a $10 discount.
5)What is
your delivery schedule?
We will
arrange the bag in 3 days and then send pictures to you for verification. Send
it to you after the bag is correct, and give you the tracking number in 3 to 5
days. Arrive in approximately 10 to 15 days.
6)How
many places do you ship to?
Our
default courier is DHL, global shipping.
7) Why have I paid successfully? Still
receive information from your staff, remind me to pay?
There are
sometimes delays in receiving payments, and we can only confirm that you have
paid successfully after receiving the money. There will be a time difference
between.
8) What about custom taxes and duties?
Will I be invoiced any when order from you?
In most cases (But for the most part), you will not be invoiced
any custom taxes or duties upon shipment delivery. Indeed, we have all orders
packed in small carton boxes, with the mention "gift, no value for
customs". Though, in marginal cases (we recorded 5 cases last year), a
shipment can be applied custom taxes and duties. Although we are not liable for
those taxes and duties, we always offer our clients a partial compensation
solution. Each situation is dealt with case by case by our customer service
office.
9) Are these handbags of high quality or
will they break after I open the box?
It
depends on how you wear it. If you wear it regularly, it will last a few years
without any problems. The handbags we offer are of a very high quality. These
are not the low quality handbags you will find on the streets that will break
after a few days, these will last for years!
10)Are your pictures from the actual
replica or the genuine handbags on the Web site?
You may
be amazed by some of the pictures we have up on our website. Because of their
quality, you might think they are from catalogs of the genuine handbag. But
that is NOT true! We guarantee 100% that all pictures taken from our site are
actual pictures of our replicas handbags! The handbags look exactly as
represented in the pictures, and we never, ever use anyone else's pictures, or
pictures of the genuine handbag.
11) I've ordered and received my replica
handbag, it's great, but I've changed my mind, can I change it?
Please
try to decide carefully before you make your order, but if you do change your
mind, send us the handbag up to 4 days after you received it, the shipping fee
will be spent by you, and choose another handbag. A $50 re-stocking fee will be
applied and we will send you your new bags.
12) Sometimes your support response is
delayed, why?
Our
company is handling a very large volume of emails on our products.

13) What happens if the package is damaged
or missing when I receive it?
If your
handbag is damaged or missing, please contact us and notify us of the
situation, we will ship another handbag out to you once we receive back the
damaged one.
14) What if my courier asks me to pay some
custom taxes. While ordering from your site will I be invoiced?
Only in
some very rare case you will have to pay a custom fees or taxes of $10 or $20
for countries like East of Europe or African countries.
15) Can you provide some replica bags that
you are not listing on your website?
We can

16) How can I cancel or change my order?
You can
contact us based on our information if you wish to cancel or change your order.
If we do not hear from you about canceling or changing orders within 24 hours,
we will deal with the shipment for you.
17) Do I need an account to place an
order?
Creating
an account is optional however it is beneficial to create an account so all your
purchasing history will be re orded for your benefit.
18) Return policy
If you
are not satisfied with our product, you must contact us within one week. All
items sent back to us must be in original condition: not worn, altered or
washed, with all tags attached. You should pay the shipping fee and we will
charge you 20% of your order amount as our restocking fee . If the parcel
reached you, but you do not want to sign this and return the package to us, we
will charge you 20% of the order amount as our fee. If to ship the order by
sending us we cost as shipping costs, we would choose leaving the parcel not
return to us, we will charge you 50% of the order amount because we lose the
shipping fee and the item.
